Tired of having your healthcare dictated by “the system?”

Will my insurance even pay for this? Is it in network? Is it on my formulary?

Why can I never see MY physician for an appointment?

Why do I have to wait so long to get an appointment?

Why do I have to wait so long in the office for my visit to only last 10-15 minutes?

Why is my call being transferred to so many other people? Why can I never speak to my healthcare team? Why are my calls/messages not returned quickly?

Why has no one explained my medical conditions to me before now?

Do they even hear what I am saying???

These are all questions each of us have asked ourselves more than once in a doctor’s office. As a physician, I was quickly burning out of being dictated to by a system that views patients as a number. A time slot. A commodity.

At Mountain Roots Direct Primary Care, I hope that you will finally get the answers to your questions. May you find compassion, integrity, efficiency, and transparency within the walls of this practice. Welcome back to the roots of medicine.
