Tired of having your healthcare dictated by “the system?”

Will my insurance even pay for this? Is it in network? Is it on my formulary?

Why is it so hard to see my physician for an appointment?

Why do I wait weeks to be seen—only to wait again in the office for a rushed 10 minute visit?

Why is my call being transferred so many times? Why is it difficult to reach my healthcare team or get timely responses?

Why do I leave appointments still confused about my medical conditions? Do they even hear what I’m saying?

These are all questions each of us have asked ourselves more than once in a doctor’s office. At Mountain Roots Direct Primary Care, I hope that you will finally get the answers to your questions. May you find compassion, integrity, efficiency, and transparency within the walls of this practice. Welcome Back to the Roots of Medicine.
